Eight years ago CB Catering y KBO Gourmand decided to join forces to offer a
global service. After this long road, the time has come to create a common name,
whose point of union has been the affection with which we do things.

This fusion and dedication to gastronomy means that we work in total coordination to
guarantee the success of any event.
Maite Partido is gastronomic director of CB Catering, Self-taught chef, of great sensitivity and taste for excellence, she has forged a professional career participating in multiple gastronomic competitions, she was even selected among the 5 best chefs of 2006, along with Chef Asier Abal.
The 6 years of dedication to the Kokotxa Restaurant, awarded with a Michelin star and two Repsol Suns, led her to face the challenge of directing the kitchen of La Muralla Restaurant and leading the reopening of the emblematic Urepel. She currently combines her professional dedication between Maitea Catering and her current restaurant Tracamundana.
Working for some time in North America and the mastery of 5 languages encouraged her to work with couples from around the world, and after three years as head of the events department of the San Sebastian Film Festival she decided to create his own project.
With an experience of 7 years in the world of events organization, she joined the team of Chef Maite Partido and CB Catering, a catering service for weddings and events of all sizes.
